Love our sheets
We have had several pairs of sheets from Purcare. We continue to purchase them as they are very comfortable and stay on the mattress due to the thick elastic band used to hold them in place.

Textured - But definitely not rough!
I'm not sure what the issue is re: the other review on these, honestly. Yes, they're textured (it's a matte texture, really) - but they're definitely not rough...You just need to wash them before you put them on your bed like you would with any other new set of sheets. I'm a pretty big sheet snob, and my percale set is one of my favorites. They're not only super breathable (great for the hot, humid summers in New England) but they're also cool to the touch, which is really nice for my partner who sleeps hot year-round. I also LOVE the raw edge hem and that these are dyed with nontoxic, plant-based dyes!! It adds to the whole relaxed, vintage aesthetic I've got going on in my bedroom right now. 10/10 recommend!

Roughest Natural Sheets Ever
While the sheets may be healthy and environmentally friendly, they are certainly NOT soft. They are rougher than cheap sheets from Big Box stores. I have no idea how many washings it would take to make these sheets less stiff and actually soft. If you like stiff feeling sheets, these are for you.
