Queen Mattress
It’s firmer than my Temper Pedic but it’s in Guest Room so I have not slept on it, only did PT exercises on it.

Not like the floor model
It’s not comfortable at all. I should not have bought it. Feels completely different than what felt at the store. I’ve been back to verify and they gave something different. Will not be shopping at stores that bait and switch. Terrible across the board.

The of mattress cover is not is not the same as the one we selected in the store. My wife insists it is different and is no better then the had before.

Did not work out for me . It was the 2nd mattress I bought, so unfortunately I am out $$$$
It was too firm. I acted too hastily when buying the mattress.

Terrible - arrived damaged!
It arrived with the bottom fabric torn almost half off of the box. The delivery men refused to take it back. I needed to staple the fabric back onto the box. I was very disappointed!

Teri at the Boca Raton Store is our to go to person . My husband had surgery and could not get into our bed which is high nor the guest room which had a brand 9inch bed frame . We called Teri and she took care of it within a day he was able to get into the bed. She is a pleasure and extremely knowledgeable.
