Do I need a special mattress to go with an adjustable bed?
Well, yes and no. It is true that not all mattresses will work with an adjustable bed, and your current mattress may be one that does not. The good news is that 90 percent of our mattresses can be used with an adjustable bed. It’s recommended, in order to ensure you get the exact sleep you are looking for, to purchase the adjustable bed and mattress at the same time. However, if you already purchased a mattress recently (within the past few years) that you know for sure is adjustable bed friendly, you don’t necessarily have to.
Will I still have choices?
Everyone has different needs when they sleep. One common misconception is that if you need or want an adjustable bed, you’ll be forced to forgo being choosy with your mattress options. What if my partner and I want to sleep differently?

How do I work the different features and functions?
When trying out the bed in the store, our Sleep Expert will explain everything in detail. Your adjustable bed will be delivered the next day by our Delivery Team. After they set it up, you’ll receive your mattress’s remote control. This is how you will raise and lower the head and leg sections, and handle other features your bed came with. If your chosen bed has a massage or cooling feature, these will be controlled by the remote too. Learning a new remote is not always easy, but your Delivery Team will show you how it works. If you still have trouble after they leave, you can always call and speak to a team member over the phone with any follow-up questions.
