I would give Cori 10 stars if I could. He was so enjoyable to work with, and his knowledge of beds is second to none! Highly recommend City Mattress.

Walked in, explained what we were looking for and worked with Ali who was extremely knowledgeable and showed us options. Purchased a replacement mattress and box spring and are very happy with the bed.

Jordan was very polite and knowledgeable and asked us questions about size, firmness and type of mattress we were looking for. Showed us many options. When we returned to the store to place the order Jordan was off but Theresa helped us with setting up delivery and payment as well as warranty info and delivery schedule and how/ when we would be contacted. She also showed us how to track our order. Order was delivered in 2 days as scheduled and set up and removal went very smoothly. Very satisfied.

Chris was an extremely professional and pleasant person to work with. He answered all of our questions and didn't try to push us into anything. We would definitely recommend him to friends.

My second purchase now and I will be back for more. They are professional from the start to the finish of the transaction. The delivery guys were even on time, and installed everything correctly and removed all materials afterwards. There may be less expensive mattresses around but there isn't a store with better service/products!
