We came to City Mattress to help our aunt look for a new mattress. We were kindly and quickly greeted by an excellent salesman named Bobby. He went above and beyond to help her find the perfect mattress at a great price. The delivery was exceptional as well, it was delivered quickly and carefully. The delivery men were polite and respectful and make quick work of taking out the old mattress and replacing it with the new one. We will definitely purchase here for all of our mattress needs and highly recommend this company.

Our salesman, Mario in Jensen Beach, FL was very thorough and knowledgable about the mattresses we tried in the showroom. He led us to what was best for us and there was no stress from him to purchase one way or another. The delivery was so smooth with City Mattress’ notification system. They emailed, texted, and provided real time updates to their expected delivery time and arrived early at 9:00am when our window was first scheduled for 9:30-11:30am. The delivery guys were very pleasant and efficient. Overall it was a great experience and we’re looking forward to our first night on our Prana Dharma mattress tonight!

Recently shopped at City Mattress in Jensen beach with my boyfriend and received top notch service from the store manager Magda. She was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about not only the mattresses but all of the product in the store and services they provide. She gave us space to look and explore the store while answering any questions we had. We ended up buying an adjustable base and will be back in the near future to purchase a new mattress as well. I will make sure she is working that day for sure!
The store manager Magda is super attentive and knowledgeable. She helped my grandmother find the most perfect mattress for her needs and comfort without her even being there in person to try it out for herself since she is disabled. She absolutely loves it!
I recently had rotator cuff surgery I explained everything to Magda also her partner Jordan & I’ll tell ya thank god I met them.They both didn’t care what so ever about the money 💰 part that’s all they cared about was me and get me as comfortable as possible because of such a long recovery:(I wish there was a 10 star because they would of got it.They treated me like I was part of their family my opinion is they are the best thing since sliced bread 🥖 I can’t thank them enough.I am so so grateful & happy with the purchase they recommended to me…. We visited this store in desperate need of a mattress for a comfortable and good night sleep. We were helped by Jordan Greene who was extremely helpful and patient in assisting us in selecting the right mattress at the right price. He is a true delight to work with - personable and extremely knowledgeable about the various products. He made certain we were aware of each product's features, understood the pro's and cons, and allowed us sufficient time to test each mattress in order to determine our likes and needs. He is very customer focused and strives to achieve the best offering possible without being pushy. The mattress we selected - Prana Sleep Karma 2 Select Hybrid - exceeded our expectations thanks to Jordan and we are now enjoying a good night sleep. The mattress was delivered as promised by Tyler and Tyre. They set up our mattress efficiently and timely and easily removed our old mattress. . So glad we happened upon City Mattress, Jordan, Tyler and Tyre. Highly recommend.

Excellent all around! We went to a “Black Friday “ sale a mattress firm. Long story short…. We never received it. We found a completely perfect mattress and they were true to word on delivery. They are different from other companies because they have their Own warehouse and are not reliable on back order merchandise.
