It was time for a new mattress. I went with my boyfriend to City Mattress in west Boca Raton. Barbara was our sales associate. We could not recommend this location, and Barbara in particular, any more. Barbara is extremely knowledgeable on all their inventory. She asked us questions specifically about our own wants and habits, and tailored the mattresses we tried perfectly to us. We’re so happy with our purchase and the service! Definitely a 5-star experience!

He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the differences between the mattresses, and made sure I felt confident in my choice. I never felt rushed or pressured—just genuinely supported.

Barbara was so professional. She was friendly and courteous. She listened to my needs. She was juggling two customers at once but we still felt like she cared. Never rushed either customer.

Excellent customer service, wonderful selection of mattesses, box springs and other related bed items. Barabara was extremely accommodating and patient in addition to her expertise of products being offered in the store. Needing a new mattress, my first stop was the City Mattress West Boca store. Having made several purchases from City Mattress in the past, I already knew how dedicated they are to providing excellent customer service. My intention was to browse, not purchase yet. Once I met Jay (Jamal Marcus), a very special salesman, that all changed. Jay is extremely knowledgeable and explained the differences between the various mattresses he had me try. He has the education and experience to do a wonderful job explaining all things sleep related. In addition, he is an exceptionally kind and compassionate person. He does whatever he can to enable his customers to purchase the ideal bed at the best possible price. I can’t wait to receive my new PranaSleep mattress and adjustable base!
