We went to City Mattress in Amherst for a new mattress, but had a couple of issues with which we had to deal. One involved getting the mattress into our old victorian home and the other involved dealing with back issues. Mike, who waited on us, listened carefully to our issues and explained in detail our options. He was a pleasure to deal with, very accommodating and knowledgeable. We left the store satisfied that we made a purchase that met our needs.
We had a pleasant experience overall. The showroom has a great variety of mattresses. We were able to make a great choice, thanks to our salesman Mike Gortzig's help and guidance. Came here off of a referral. Mike was my salesperson. The experience was great from beginning to end. He was informative and helpful without being pushy, and left me alone enough to test and retest rhe mattresses. I felt the prices were reasonable, and walked out having purchased a mattress that will be delivered in 2 days.
I recently purchased a Prana elite adjustable slot bed base and mattress. I had a wonderful experience working with Mike in Amherst. I did a lot of research on the Internet, and each time the Prana elite bed frame was the best choice over other products. It had all the features that was important to me. I also want to commend the delivery service that I received. Both men were extremely pleasant, polite and answered any of our questions that we had. From start to finish, I can’t say enough about City Mattress. I would definitely purchase again and recommend to my friends and family.
